The Summer's End Box
The handpicked pantry staples to end your summer.
What you’re actually buying
Ten pantry staples from small European producers. Nine Italian, one French. Olive oil, pasta, semola, sea salt, five-year balsamic, raw honey, a legume soup blend, Carnaroli rice, tomato passata, and a tomato estratto. Wax-sealed and shipped from Chicago.
When it ships
The window closes Monday, September 7. Boxes ship the week of September 15, with tracking the day yours goes out.
Why it’s a pre-order
Inventory is ordered against confirmed sales, which is how the box stays this good instead of getting cheaper every quarter to clear a warehouse. The wait is the cost of doing it in that order.
Is this a subscription
No. One box, one charge. Nothing renews.
What if you don’t love it

Why $235
I went looking for the real Mediterranean pantry. Most of it isn’t on American shelves, and the reason is that the producers making it this way are too small to sell to America at scale. A single grove. One hillside. A family in Modena working the same method since 1871. Sourcing at that size costs what it costs, and the alternative is the version you already have access to.
$235 is the price at which none of that gets substituted. You can pay in four installments at checkout.
